Greetings Golden Eagles,

The 2008-2009 season is upon us! We will be having our annual "Tip-Off" at the Greenfield Boys & Girls Club on Saturday, September 20th. The schedule for the day is as follows:

3 pm to 5 pm - registration
5 pm to 6 pm - dinner
6 pm to 7 pm - parent meeting

3 pm to 5 pm: Club registration forms to be completed and turned in at this time. The 2008-2009 fee for JH, JV and Varsity players is $235.00, age 12 and under will be $175.00. It would be preferable for you to pay the entire fee at the time of registration. If you are unable, you may pay $135.00 at registration, then $100.00 balance by Nov. 20th. Twelve and under would be $100.00 at registration, with $75.00 due by Nov. 20th. Should you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact me confidentially. We do not want the fee to be an extreme financial burden on anyone and possibly hinder your participation with the Golden Eagles. The registration fee does include supplemental medical insurance.

5 pm to 6 pm: Dinner. The club will provide the meat (slow-smoked pulled pork from Jim's Food Shack), drinks and tableware. We request each family bring a side and/or dessert, enough to feed 8 people.

6 pm to 7 pm: Parent meeting. We will introduce board members, coaches, discuss club expectations, answer any questions and review the 2008-2009 schedule, including tournaments.

We look forward to a successful season as we glorify our Lord and Savior with the talents He has given our boys. Should you have any questions, you may contact me or any board member.
