2011-12 Happenings ICBA all-stars named. All 5 starters for Eastside were named to the ICBA south all-star team that will be coached by Coach Gannon. Congratulations to Taylor, Michaiah, Tim, Isaiah, and Korey. High-lights of Game and interviews from SATCH vs Golden Eagles Game Golden Eagle Buzzer Beater Video Top plays at nationals elite 8 Nationals Final 4 matchup video All-American's named. Congratulations to Taylor Lehman (2 time), and Michaiah Murray (first time) on being named as All-Americans. Tim Gannon was named to the Midwest All-Region team. MCHC Conference All tournament teams. Congratulations to Taylor Lehman and Michaiah Murray for being named to the first team All-Conference team. Korey Brown was named to the All-defensive squad. JH had a terrific Nationals tournament by finishing 3rd in the Division II tournament going 4 and 1. The one loss was in the semi finals on a last second 3 pointer. Great job JH. Varsity wins its 7th State title behind Michaiah Murray and Taylor Lehman's 15 pts each and a big 13 points off the bench from Terrence Lacy. See the state game video by clicking on this link. State Title Game JV wins State Championship for the 4th consecutive year. This years club cruised to the finals with several double digit wins led by Jimmy Southerland and Terrance Lacy. In the finals against the Noblesville Lions Jimmy and Terrance both struggled with their offensive games, but Mark and Will Fisk chose a big game to bring their scoring. Currently Ranked #4 in the Nation and #1 in Indiana. Michaiah Murray, Isaiah Brooks and Taylor Lehman named to all tournament team. Taylor was also awarded Tournament MVP. 1/7/12 JV won the Indy Shootout by beating the Indy Wildcats in the finals 1/14/12 Varsity finished runner up to Lighthouse(Springfield, MO) in the Lighthouse Tournament. The Golden Eagles dug a deep hole in the first half and were down by 19 points at halftime and the end of the 3rd quarter. The 4th quarter the Golden Eagles knocked down a flurry of 3's to get back within 4 points with less than a minute to play, but could not overcome Lighthouse, who handed the Eagles only our 2nd loss of the season.
